This song was a big hit in the Phil in the 60s. and even now (popularised there by Cliff Richard's rendition in Italian) I used to sing these song too when I was a kid--without understanding anything what it meant. Could any Smart Guy here cares to translate the lyrics into English. BTW, this song is really good *melody wise* so it became a real big hit there (even if no one really understood the song) in general. Translation, please
