The one thing that he leaves out is the children. We know that we got our genes from our parents and over time we have had experiences and had reactions, some have learned to be spontaneous in there reaction and some very predictable, some strategic and some calculated, these experiences and reactions are what shape who we are, the neural networks in our brain, the neurons can become dependent on chemicals which create different experiences and reactions.

What I think should have been talked about was the effect that this epigenetic s has on our children, the fact that the experiences and our reactions to them do not only shape the neural networks in our brain but they also change our genes (DNA) and those are the genes we pass on to our kids.

just remember this for the rest of your life, which happens to be forever anyway: anything you feel or observe to become is all because of your own mind! in other words, everything has a potential but doesn't have to occur just because your own mind can shift or demanifest it @ will. don't worry, be happy.

Thank You. May I assert that that *conscious* submission is yet the highest path. In other words, you know the game, yet you don't interfere with it. And isn't it OUR manifestations and OUR will that causes the so-called problems? IT IS ALL GOING ACCORDING TO PLAN. So Zen that!

This is really fascinating stuff. Just goes to show how little we really know, science can be just as bogged down by dogma as religion and how amazing the universe can possibly be.
