There is a 13th floor, but they don't want to see it that way, because of some superstitious bullshit that people tend to believe, they rather call it "14th" foor.

In north amarica 13 is a unlucky number so ther just skip it, it goes 12 then 14 just like in china 8 is consuderd a lucky number so you pay more to rent a apartment on the 8 flore
