I've shot a Glock 17 (which is 9mm) and I can vouch for it's inaccuracy. There is also a vid where a guy tells about his compact .45 which is more accurate than his full sized Beretta 92 (which is 9mm). I know for a fact that the Desert Eagle has a long barrel but I wiki'd it just to be certain. You can't get ANY Desert Eagle with a barrel less than half a foot long and you could even get a Deagle with a 10 inch barrel. As for the heaviness being a factor, I never heard of it effecting accuracy.

Yeah, treat the gun like it is always loaded. AKA don't point it at people, etc.

it depends on what kind of weapon that you get. a 9mm with a short barrel is not going to be as accurate as a 9mm with a longer barrel. you cannot say that the cartridge itself was the the accuracy problem. the fact that you would say that indicates to me that you have little experience with firearms.and i wasnt talking about .50AE. i was talking about the desert eagle that came in .50AE. the fact that its inaccurate is because of a heavy and short barrel.

What are you talking about? What did I say that even HINTS that I am ignorant about firearms? The 9mm is small, weak, and inaccurate. The 50 cal is big, strong, and from what I've read, really accurate for a pistol.
