Nostalgia. EPIC DEMO! I didn't buy a GUS back in the day, but wish I did!!! :) Ran this on my original 386 hardware... damned impressive in those days (in the dark, speakers loud in the back room of my house).CLASSIC. Love the tunes!

To put it in context, this was the same year that Doom came out. This was revolutionary for its time.To think they pulled these graphics and effects off with no video hardware acceleration or OpenGL/D3D APIs is just mind blowing.

I can't remember how often I watched this demo back in 1993/1994. It was so fascinating and the sound was so mindblowing (together with the gfx)... damn. What a great time. |
