Also don't forget to ask people if they know where St. Peter (Petros) is buried. Petros (St. Peter) means rock and he is buried in the vaticant. No other Christian church can lay claim to the spiritual and historical lineage of the "church"

Catholic Church was used by the end of the 1st century. St Ignatius of Antioch (who was appointed BISHOP by Apostle Peter himself) wrote in his Epistle to Smyrnaeans "..where there is Jesus, there to is the catholic Church..." in 107 AD.

Catholic comes from the Greek KATA HOLOS which is ONE BODY in English. "One body" is found 6 times in the New Testament, each time identifying All Believers are of Jesus's (One) Body.

We say Early Christians because back then the Catholic Church was only called the Christian Church.

I'd like to repeat what someone said before me. We bow twice (during the creed and before receiving communion). And also, what about genuflecting? You didn't mention that.
