Harden criminals like him should be locked in a cell 23 hours a day so they can't be a threat to anyone and fed through a slot in the door no human contact at all.They get one hour for exercise and a shower all under the watch of guards armed with shot guns.I think if they do that there would be less violence in prison and maybe the system can become something that can rehabilitate vs a human warehouse that turns all who are sentenced into dangerous thugs.

You are missing the point. The study I'm referring to takes black kids from suburban areas where mothers aren't using drugs, or getting substandard prenatal care. They have the same 2 parent home live, similar income and access to healthcare, and participate in a similar number of extracarricular activities. The gap is there genetically.Does anyone want to deny that there is a large gap in athletic performance between black and white kids?There's a huge difference, and it's genetic!

While the kids adopted by white parents outperformed black kids adopted by black parents, they came no where close to performing as well as white kids adopted by white parents. Black kids adopted by white parents, while outperforming black kids adopted by black parents, scored the same as black kids who live with their own parents in a 2 parent home...which is still far lower than how a white kid from a single parent home does!

As an educator I can verify that this performance gap is true even when comparing blacks and whites who have all other things equal. Reasons include: black women are more likely to drink/do drugs than whites while pregnant, black women are less likely to seek prenatal and post-natal care, black children are not exposed to books, educational programming, or adult literacy as often as white children are. Above all, the "black culture" (rap, movies, etc.) praises the "thug" lifestyle.

Black kids who came from the same 2 parent home, with the same median income, and went to the same school were compared and the performance gap between white and black students remained.I'll send you the link and you can look them up yourself. Why don't you look up the bell curve as well

I agree that it affects the community more when you have shootings and dealings-I was responding to the usage-and it's not just prescription pills. The use of cocaine, Heroine, marajuana, and crystal meth are just as popular in whites as with blacks.Now since you are having a hard time following, I'll explain this again .-in the study, black kids from the ghetto were NOT compared with suburban kids.
