"Our former good Goddess Queen has stepped down so that a new Queen and King can reign over the Earth. She is returning home, restored and independent. God Almighty is with you." -- The Gold Lioness Isis, and her lineage, were NOT wiccan, nor did they practice witch-craft. They worked with the highest good for balance.

They're mythological goddesses to Wiccans. Isis is an Egyptian mother goddess. Astarte is a Semetic fertility goddess. Diana was a roman moon goddess(similar to Hecate). Hecate was in the Greek pantheon, and was the goddess of the crossroads (She is also associated with the moon, darkness, and is sometimes seen as a triple goddess). Demeter is an Earth goddess. Kali is a Hindu goddess of death and destruction (and fire). Inanna was a Sumerian goddess of love and fertility. Hope that helps.
