wow .. that man has experienced a lot. I can tell. I'd love to have a conversation with him. so interesting the way he thinks. I too had a void like that. It took me forever trying to cram stuff in it until faith took over and finally filled it.

My own hostess bar experience could be summarized as "roughly $100 to have a girl sit next to me, and pour drinks, providing banal conversation and being visibly uncomfortable when I was so rude as to put my arm around her shoulder."Apparently a lot of Japanese men are thrilled just to have a girl talk to them. That's basically all hostesses do. I'd love to see how they'd react to a good Vegas strip club, where two half-naked women might plop themselves into your lap at any time.
