Stevie would disagree. If it weren't for jimmy, Stevie would never have played guitar. And if Jimmy would have died it would have destroyed Stevie inside and he would have never been the same again. Stevie had lots of love for his family.

Its Nice to know that there are alot of people out there who love SRV. And as for the ones who hate him and make fun of him you should be ashamed of yourselves you heartless pieces of shit! Stevie was a great man who helped whoever he could no matter what. You assholes should be taking notes from him.

Saw SRV play with a local band in a bar in Louisiana in the 80's.He just walked up on stage and started jamming.Everyone was like ,"What the Fuck?" from the first strum, we knew who he was.He was wearing a Levis blue jean jacket and baseball cap. I'll never forget it!!!!The house band was in complete shock!
