it's the king god of dragon thingy, martin used the amulet of kings to sacrafice himself to use it's power to summon acatosh, i think.and acatosh deafeated marunes dagon in last quest.

**SPOILERS**he came all over mehrunes face, and then mehrune had to go back to oblivion because he found out that he was pregnant.and thats how it ended, akatosh wasnt real, it was the amulet/emperors big gigantic cock statue and dragon |
