nah it's about how police treat everything youths do as if it's criminal and they are so vindictive in doing so. You see from the rider (police) at the end, that they almost take joy in 'putting down' youths. When his bro puts his hood up at the end, its sayin how when we on the streets see our boys being put down by the police, our hood goes up and we have a new resentment against the police because of the way they treat our boys and their attitude shown towards us. Thats what I think anyway :)
