are you serious? regardless whether he told him to do it or not you have conscience. his friend didn't push the gas pedal for him. by listening to the tapes in jail hogan's son should have gone to jail for a minimum of 25 years. hogan nor his son had any remorse for this kid nor his family. what a fucking joke it was for his son to talk about a reality show and how he needed to make money. the sad thing is that his dad agrees with him and pretty much says he had it coming. nick is a horrible driver, always wrecking his expensive drift cars. it is absolutely terrible that this happened to john. they both had the option to not drive like that/ride along and had the choice to wear a seatbelt. also, nick hogan seems to be very irresponsible and should not have been given those fast cars at such a young age.
