Exactly. The Torsen diff in the H1 *can* let a wheel spin, but that's why the military trains drivers to use the "brake trick". This guy didn't use (know about?) the trick. Use the brakes a little, the free spinning wheel will stop and power will go to the other wheel.

no the hummer H1 has its own why of moving power form the wheel that is spinning and that's hold the break in a little then press the gas and it will stop the wheel in the air and move the power to the other wheels that are on the ground and as you can see his back light do not turn on when he hits the gas so that says he has no skills in driving a hummer the right why

The driver in this video did not use BTM - that is why wheels were not locked. Later models H1 came with electrically activated lockers.You shouldn't use YouTube video as a 'FACT' -do some reading instead.... |
