not every cell in your body regenerates such as lense cells and cardiovascular cells. Most cells need to be stimulated before they will regenerate. Also i just want to point out to everybody this video says m=nothing about mercury in vaccines the person who posted it has given it an incorrect title. The mercury used in vaccines is ethylmercury and has NOT been found to contribute to any neurodegeneration.

You get more mercury from the fillings in your teeth daily than you get from the flu vaccine yearly. You still won't catch me getting the flu vaccine though.

After removing heavy metals such as mercury, your brain can recover from having been exposed to it. Your cells have some very cool features, such as regeneration. It's in the design of every cell in your body. If you do the right things for your body, most or all of the time, it will reciprocate by producing new cells and shedding away the old/dead cells. Your skin (largest organ) is a prime example of that occurring. It's a constant ongoing process.
