The population at Taiwan is alot more concentrated and congested. If they rammed him off the road it would hit at least 8 or 9 people. There isn't as many crazy mother fuckers who would go on a car chase at Taiwan than in America. There isn't exactly any room to maneuver or hide... Everybody go around 30-40 mph there...
