He really knows how to bounce back one lose cant keep him from winning

he beat colonel john in the kentucky derby, who's a grade 1 winner, the rest you're right, they are grade 2-3 winneres.

Yeah big brown is a great horse but rick dutrow is a total dick. I Don't think he would've won the classic. Curlin's better. Big Brown had no competition.

Big Brown is amazing. I think he would have won the classic. He would have shown what he's really made of. Happy retirement, Brownie

big brown ran one of the fastest haskells in years, in the monmouth stakes he beat proven grade 1 and 2 winners on turf and went the final furlong in 12 seconds flat on turf labeled as good. i dont see how im wrong.

him winning is your opinion, his form last three outings was way below what he would have faced in the classic. he never faced a champion or won an open company G1 race. 3 or 4 impressive performances does not make a great horse. he was a champion and a celebrity. after the triple crowm he really did not choose to prove he was more than a 3yo champion. he was the only g1 winner in the mommoth stakes. we will never know if you were right but evidence suggest you are very wrong.

Big Brown's retirement sure does take the flare out of the race. And to add to the crappy day, Zarkava was retired for broodmare service. I hate greedy owners.I think the Duke wont be much-he really flopped in his last race. I think Go Between or Well Armed would be a pretty big threat seeing as they are proven synthetic horses.

yeah, he might as well. if he wins he'll win horse of the year. casino drive wont be much of a problem, probably duke of marmalade will be his main competition. who knows.

I think Curlin will race in the BCC, especially after the beautiful workout he had today. |
