only russians think they are the best? I see you've been taking surveys and you can base this claim on some factual evidence :) cuz 1 or 2 ppl here screaming at 1 or 2 canadians ( who think they are the best ) doesnt prove much.

pfft. When people think of hockey, people think of Soviets, Russians, Finns, Swedes and Canadians. Canada is one of the best but not THE best. Russia and as USSR has beat Canada numerous times; In Torino we beat the US and Canada and as Soviet Union. So Canada isnt really a serious shit when it comes to Russia. Russians were always considered as great sportsmen, especially in hockey.

Canada is nothing, it was close to best, but it never was best. Russia will win next year. Because we are starting to come back after the long unluck. Our team got to the semi finals in soccer in Euro 2008. And we will win the second time and third and canada will always be second.
