we do this in chemistry only on a smaller scale and we set fire to Na and K(they set fire to them selves if you set them on filter paper) and dont get the paper too wet i want to go to caltech even more i wonder do they do this at queens?? i wonder

Actually, it was cesium. He skipped rubidium for some reason. And, he didn't get to francium, most likely because it would've begun reacting with the water in the air before he had even thrown it. Also, francium is incredibly expensive.

Actually the fourth he threw was francium (I think). But he used a very small quantity, and the result is not appreciable ^_^
