The Best Slasher Movie. John Carpenter made the best slasher horror film. And set the rules on how to make a great slasher film. Rob Zombies Remake Sucks ASS!!! This is one movie you did not need to remake. with out this movie, slasher movies would have never exsisted. I just wonder how John felt about Rob's remake.

screw all the remakes and sequalls, i even heard they were remaking a sequall, how much money do they possibly want?? the original is always the best out of every movie series. the original halloween is the best slasher movie ever

This si the best freaking flik ever!! I grew up on this! Every Halloween some channel would show a week of "scary" fliks like this & "Friday the 13th" & "The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" leading upto Halloween night! I got home from Trick or treating & would sit infront of the tv watching it with my candy safe in my little paws. My Dad loved these fliks too. He was cool like that!

the oldies are the best, classic film dude and it STILL makes me jump lol. the NEW Halloween ones r ok but the 1st 4 were the best, then it DRAGGED ON a bit cos he kept 'coming back to life again and again' lol. anyone seen the new ROB ZOMBIE ONE? is it better than the 1st?

I'm 40 so I wasn't old enough to see this in the theaters. Mom wouldn't let me! LOL I had to wait for it to come to cable. Wow 30 years already! Time flies by so fast.
