yea i never got to watch him cuz of winds too. but the next day my friends were taking a nap out in the car, and we were parked beside some of the cables holding down his tightrope. i shook his hand and had a little convo with him (i think i freaked him out by calling him by his first name).

Not fake at all. I was at Niagara Falls Ontario yesterday and saw this walk. He cancelled the scheduled 4 PM performance because of 25 MPH winds, but we came back to watch the 8 PM performance and it was just as you see right here, amazing! Yes, he is talking while up there on the tightrope. I will post a picture of him and what I got of him on the tightrope tomorrow.

Jay is an amazing guy...a bit of a hard ass, but still an awesome guy. I'll get to see him walk in Niagra this summer (July '07), and I can't wait. Jay and I have a funky relationship, to where he is almost like an uncle to me...a hard ass uncle, but for good reason. This guy seriously does this for kids...SERIOUSLY...what a heart.
