How do you know he's not mentally ill?Maybe he, in his own world thinks he's superior and tim was the devil or something (I heard a psychiatrist say that about the case). People don't just go up and start stabbing, there must be a reason, either tim pissed him off or the guy is mentally ill

No we shouldn't have the death penalty.No offence to whatever im going to say that will probably offend you.But there has been way to many innocent people killed by the stupid "Death Penalty"to be honest it's useless,im not saying this just because im canadian.But because its the truthwhy should innocent people who were victims.be accused and killed.
