Absolutely. The cosmic irony, the creepy mood all throughout. This is my absolute favorite RPG besides "Case Closed" because of its genre-bending narrative. It's like part of it is horror, but another is drama and black humor, etc.

not at all.Serial Experiment lain is almost only based on visual.Here,its dialogues between characters that make the anime,yet,as lain,every episode has it own narrative schelude.Also,this is not the same kind of creepness that flows in PA.Well,at least this is as good as serial E L .
