What Greene said there about generosity is one of the most inspiring things I've ever heard. What more is there to life than sharing your time, love and life?

Dr. Greene was one of my favorite characters on ER. When ever I see this episode, I cry. Hard. No other show or scene in a movie can make me cry other than titanic.

One of the best yet saddest episodes.

That episode makes me cry EVERY time. The ending is so beautiful though, with Rachel releasing the balloon for Dr. Greene. I really felt like I lost someone when I watched these two episodes. ER was never the same again.

I haven't watched ER in years but I am taping it tonight, because I heard Dr. Greene will be back in a flashback. I am so glad they had Carter read his letter. I cried so hard when he died...and you knew ER would suck without him.
