I tell ya, mens figure skating just isn't what it used to be. I miss the way it was in the 80's and 90's. Out went all the artistry, it's all about the number of jumps and the number of spins accompanying those jumps.

He was always my favourite. So artistic, so dramatic, such a risk-taker, always broke the mould. Love this man!!

I know there are skaters with better technique, but I always loved Philippe for being so manly! He really projects masculinity on the ice.

I have watched this performance (actually the same one he does later) so many times . I love the music, what he's wearing, the swordplay, the passion..... Awesome!
