I have a 1580 cc 8V, basicly same lower half of engine. same happened in right corner, all the lights went red and I was lucky enough to notice it. One rule about racing these cars: allways top up the oil and add another half liter!

yes that's true. It was my very first trackday and I just had my drivers licens for about 4 months. But this year I went all out but it just lasted for 5 laps. Then I blew the engine. A bearing on the crank seased up because lack of oil. The oilpickup is on the right side of the engine and all the oil was on the left side due to heavy right turns like the one before the long straigt. shit happends ;)
