i dislike sounding harsh because he has a great voice and all... but it was to upbeat... especially during blossoms of snow. The mans about to leave his homeland... second the song was much to fast... its an important scene in the play make it one.... but he still has a great voices i guess

It's too playful...it's meant to portray the Captain's patriotism and support of Austria at the time of anschluss when Austria stood to lose its identity to Germany. Because he's a captain of the Navy, he knows he is expected to join participate in the war and support the Nazis, but he does not agree...it's a very contemplative song at a key moment in the plot, many things hinge on this song...

Very good voice, but for me it was sung too fast, you sung it as if you were reciting the words, there was no feeling in the way you sung. But very very good performances. You should go on America's got talent.
