Hmm i dont think so.(even tho i WISH it) bcause in Dissidia japanese version he has a manly voice(not so manly but it is 100% NOT a females voice...)

Kuja is a girl in the Japanese version. Translation errors made Kuja a guy.

Am i the only one who thinks Kuja looks better as female gender with all that clothes,hair,and way to act?just look at him at 2:22-3:02! he really really looks and acts like an naughty evil girl X_X. made me think if Square-Enix just put an error on putting She instead of he T.T

it looks so creepy humans with tails im not having a go at Kujas tail thats cute but he3s not a real person hes only a guy in an anime game so he gets away with the tail but tails belong on animels or fixh not humans

Yea, genetic mutations. You're probably talking about when the tail bone grows too long, or the flesh just carries on from the spine. Children sometimes are even born with their fingers still linked with webbing. It's just something that happens.
