The most chilling and frightening part of the movie. The whole subtlety in the very start, and then seeing the clues that something is very, very wrong.

I remember seeing the movie many years ago and this scene is as chilling to watch now as it was then. Unfortunately, there seems to be a tendency among many in our species to seek salvation through powerful leaders, and as in Nazi Germany this can lead to tragic results. Few are those who can think for themselves in times of crisis.

What makes you think the people who compare this to the campaign of 2008 are caucasian? In 2008, which party had big rallies, and young kids singing? As York's character says at the end, do you still think you can control them?

This is a great campaign video for 2008, really. Replace or add appropiate images of this campaign to the video and it will certainly will strike a chord.

Is it any wonder Hitler gained power and the undying loyalty of his people? He represented a healthy wordview against the filthy decadence of Jewish Marxism. If only we could find the courage to stand against it today, as the Germans did back then.
