I think you would be better off reading Jung himself,one book I read over and over is his "Memories,Dreams and Reflections"

"An Introduction to Jung's Psychology" by Frieda Fordham. Once you start reading it's hard to stop, it's a great book and I highly recommend it.

he was a wonderful man!and he talk about second birth, about the importance to awaken the Kundalini Energy... the Holy Spirit within us...
