excessive drinking, wrong movie choices, laziness, all the wrong guys (Rahul Roy, Nana Patekar (too old), a bunch of foreign guys), took her health for granted, gained too much weight. But through it all, she did quite a few good movies in South India. Her song in Tamil was remade into Chalo Chalen Mitwa from Nayak starring Anil Kapoor and Rani.

Of all the people to commit career suicide, why did it have to be Manisha. She used to be so talented. I guess she was among the last ones where talent spoke for her so much she worked with the cream of the crop before disappearing into the B-grade oblivion.
