Street preachers? I couldn't help but notice this comment. All you do with them is ask what their doctrine and dogma is, so you can find out their deposit of faith. (Ours is Canon Code of Law 1983 online Vatican that is all you have to give them. They can not be preachers of the gospel without such a thing or body to fall back on for apologetics. They also are in need of a body of people for accountability, if they do not, then tell them they just made themselves Popes of their own Church.
