aaagghhh.. im 14 and dang i care about the environment.. holy shit it hurts my feeling looking at those people cutting the trees.. benar kata bapak tadi. jangan lagi hutan itu ditebang. when i finish school im gonna come back to indo and im gonna stop them!

He he he, Suku Anak Dalam (indegenous tribe) in South Sumatra. Well they are not that naive. They demand for their share (thousand Hectare of Oil Palm plantation) each time a company open an Oil Palm plantation. I have seen many of the tribe member riding on a $22.000 Toyota Strada with only using short pants. Few year ago they only eat a dry cassava (gaplek), now they can eat caviar. The oil palm bussines doesnt bring anything to the lokal? Well thats not true. |
