theres is a lot of truth in that it is deaply ingraind i worked in Europe Germany for 6-7 years and that was my experiance.Fear of people of colour especially Black persons who know who they are they like the ones who dont know or want to know themselves there is less fear of them and many black people accept this degrade in it,s ,many subtle forms to not creat resistance and hardship for them selves they are way behind the UK and the US they have not fort for their rights yet.I live in holland

Look to statistics. In Russia, there is not unemployment and Russians in the EU or the USA exist only as tourists. Only, dont confuse Russians with the immigrants from the ex-Soviet Republics and the eastern Europe.
