as i've heard the corvette diesel will be produced in 2012......but it's an intresting idea, just have a look at the AUDI R8 TDI, it works.

the main reason new deisels don't smoke is because of the DPF, if you remove the DPF from a brand new deisel it'll smoke just like an older deisel. well, maybe not quite as much smoke |
