Wow they sure fixed up Asbury Park real quick. Today it looks great. They even have multiple construction projects for all new businesses.

About 5-6 yrs ago i went there for a halloween scare tour, was done pretty well and took us through the tower, was pretty good.

I recognize some of the "set pieces" in Fairy Tale Forest as the same exact design used in the local kiddie park I went to near pittsburgh. Story book Forest is still around. There's a 40 minute video tour of it on youtube someone posted. There weren't many visitors on the day of the video tour, but the kids that were there still had the same excitement that I had when I was a child.

Good news! I've heard that Gingerbread Castle is being redone! The owner is looking for anyone that has any of the original statues and decorations to put back up! I remember that only a few years ago they had Halloween scare tours there!

I live like 5 minutes away from fairy tail Forest I used 2 go there alot when I was younger I was so pissed off when I heard it closed down...oh well loved the vid.
