Not a bad video except for the big mouthed laughing woman in the background. If she'd shut up for a few minutes he could pull this off beautifully. Shame.

Have asked Stephano on this point - he says that using more flour causes the tecture of the gnocchi to be less fluffy - you loose the consistency of the potato and it becomes mmre like Pasta. Just enough flour to hold it together - nothing mre!
