mclaren f1 gets to 391kmh without twin turbo or supercharge,and less displacement than ssc and veyronIt smokes the veyron and ssc and koenigsegg where engine is concerned.true, ssc is better than the veyron, since its a tt-v8 vs quad turbo w16.but a turbo gives boost to double the horsepower, so mclaren f1 to 391 with N/A is just like going to 391 with tt v-6 only!(approxmately)give the f1 a tt and it'll prob go to 280 vs 275 max claimed for ssc.dunno bout the veyron.

but it does go faster with 4 cylinders less than the veyron. I think that's pretty good craftsmanship. Still the veyron is a cooler car

its a fast car dont get me wrong im just a fan of great thought and this car just looks likes its been thrown 2geva no real thought has gone in to it the veyron has more history so greater thought has gone in to building the car .like the man said the veyron is a car anyone can drive fast the ccs u have to be a good driver .mainly coz they have cut down on weight and the physics of the car is no where near as the veyron it looks cheap if u ripped out the seats and air con etc veyron would win

So true, the Veyron costs twice as much because the interior is as nice as everything else. The SSC is just a carbon fiber bathtub with a a blown engine in the back.
