Honda express is called NC 50 in Europe where you get the best parts. There's also VTCYCLES IN Hawaii

nice , I recently bought a 1982 honda urban express. the thing dose 25mph(40Km/h)on flat ground and then once it tops out it seems like its starving for gas and it sputters, any tuning tips for that?

I tune scooters for a living. Race scooters can manage as much as 100mph and more from what was originally a 50cc 30mph scoot.Fast road sccots can do between, 60 and 80mph once tuned. I just did a Yamaha Zuma which does 73mph at 13500rpm and a Vino that does 60mph at 11500rpm
