Yes it is. I believe it aired on HBO. You can purchase it on eBay. I highly recommend it. It's called 'Gotti'. It's one of my favorite movies of all time.

In my minor reading on the history of the mafia both American and Sicilian, in my humble opinion getting into drugs is what killed it. Not that it is completely dead but it is very far removed from what it once was.
