It must have been odd for Hillary to be running an uphill race against Obama, and finding that Obama wasn't cowering or bending to the Clinton myth of inevitability, and was willing to give it back as hard as he got it WITHOUT going off the deep end emotionally. One suspects she watched Obama on Election Night and felt this year should have been hers. Thankfully, it wasn't. The White House wasn't designed to be handed off between the Bush and Clinton families like a football for so many years.
