Hip hop isn't dead. When I said drought I should of said comalike state. I LOVE all types of music being that I got to experience alot in travels and meeting different people. Most other genres of music don't change much but hip hop has so much versatility that, somehow, it has taken a wrong turn and ended up in a dead end alley. Some people, escpecially younger, love it but for people like me who were born and raised on music and witnessed the beginning of true hip hop, it's saddening.
