It is a custom made mizuno, but they do not make it any more.I think TPX makes one. Check out Pat Vendette.

no way im ambidextrous too but its a pain for me cuz i have a lefty glove and a right glove which i have to switch ferquently during a game. Good Luck!

no my writing hand is right, but I bat on both side[mostly left] and I play golf on both sides.
