I wouldn't say undisputed. I'd say Bolt gave the best performance ever in an Olympics, but give it a couple years more, and if he's doing the same, there can be no doubt that he is the greatest.

From 9.93 to 9.78. Now that increase would definitely raise some speculation for doping. But as for Usain Bolt, his PR prior to the Olympics was 9.72, and then he ran 9.69. Look at the difference between a doper, and someone suspected of doping. I'm for Usain all the way.

It was revealed that Lewis tested positive three times before the 1988 Olympics for banned stimulants but had nonetheless been cleared to run by the US athletic commission.
