This is just another desperate act by the PNCR (black) political party in their quest for power sharing. Sure, the gang member known as Fineman did it but he was just taking orders from PNCR leader R. Corbin. Guyana has made alot of progress over the PPP years but Violence created by the PNCR aims to discredit all of it. Killing innocent children for political power, can you imagime Guyana being ruled by the PNCR.
