The 2001 of crime thrillers- beautifully made, fantastic actors, amazing director, I never tire of seeing this film, really enjoyed watching it again tonight on BBC2

heat was definitely one of the best crime movies ever but the belief on which it was made was total bullshit saying on one hand u want to steal and rob and on other hand u don't want to hurt anybody. i think dark knight totally knocked the stuff of heat when joker put the hand grenade on tht banker's mouth(heat's character) who says"all criminal in this town believe in honor and respect"
