This guy is my favorite at playing the Revolutionary Etude. Regardless of his mistakes, he truly plays it the most passionately and I enjoy listening to this video.

pretty stupid to have words keep blocking the fingering of this great pianist. Whats the point of a video if you cant see shit!!

14",48",1'34",1'49".Peu importent ces erreurs, mais le jeu est tellement dur et agressif .Si la musique est le motif d'un enjeu, alors Staline avait raison.Pourquoi par ailleurs vouloir peindre la rage avec des grossièretés???

Ahh yeah I noticed that the same note was fine earlier in the video. This performance is very accurate, but I personally find it to be a tad bland. However, still good.

This is a mistake that happens really often to those who play the piece.. When you play Eb octave, E pressed instantly by your 5th right finger.. These mistakes always happen when the pleasure of performing fills you.. It was happening to me too especially in 1:52.. if it were the distortion you said, the same would happen in 0:19, 0:23, 0:37, 0:40 and 1:52 too.. But then he plays it right.. This wrong E note is a mistake, thats why it doesn't exist in Richter's or Bronfman's version.. |
