In theory, yeah that's how it works. Everyone's happy. In practice, everything falls apart (mostly due to the content, and the people, there's nothing really wrong with the system). However, as you can see with politics being a prime (but not the only) example, the Social (alternative) media is not left alone by those in power.If you can explain the IRS in plain English, you'd be doing the courts a favor because apparently they can't figure it out.
