i have bought a vestax pmc 580 but i just cant get any sound in and out of it.And no one know how it comes .Can you help me with this problem?

Yes you can. The Vestax PMC 580 has 6 individual effects per channel, one of which can be applied at a time, and on top of this you then have your 11 masters effects which can be applied over the top.So for example you could have a delay on channel one, a low cut delay on channel two, a reverb on three & a filter sweep on four, have them all playing, then have a flanger on the master effecting all four channels on top.

Question...can you use the effects on the individual channels at the same time as the master effects?? Say have channel 1's individual channel effects going and have the master effects cranking on channel 2??
