munie, 1st.. The song is about 2 people from different faiths falling in love, so its saying faith shouldnt get in the way. But in this lame generation where people are MY GOD, YOUR GOD crap, some think it matters. Who gives a crap what he believes, We only assume that Belief matters to God because people have been taught that by who? Yes.. people lol

no it does nto mean that he does not have faith in God...it just means that literally God and his faith cannot keep his love from the one girl that he loves so much...i do have to agree with everyone on here and say that this song is incredible! i think this song would touch a girls heart if guys could pick the right time and place in playing this song.

Song is really good!! Really but i don't really understand the first verse when he said " Even God himself and the faith I knewShouldn't hold me back, shouldn't keep me from you"What does that mean?? For me it indicates that he's saying the faith he had in god cannot not hold him back from anything. Does it mean he don't have faith in god? He doesn't believe? ...
